Founded in 1995, the firm now operates 28 talent hubs across 13 countries, with a team of over 1,300 professionals. Over the past two decades, LLYC has consistently grown at an annual rate exceeding 15%.

Committed to Innovation & Growth: the new 2023–2025 Strategic Plan

By the end of the current three-year period, LLYC aims to nearly double in size, surpassing €120 million in operating revenue and achieving an EBITDA of €25 million in 2025, representing an EBITDA margin of 20.8%.

As part of its 2023–2025 strategy, LLYC has allocated approximately €40 million for acquisitions in key markets, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and the European Union (Brussels).

By the end of this period, LLYC will be a larger, more technologically advanced, more international, and more equitable firm—driven by the dedication of its professionals and the trust of its clients.

M&A

Recent acquisitions

As part of its expansion strategy, LLYC has completed several key acquisitions. In 2021, there were three acquisitions: in May, the firm acquired Apache, a digital performance and marketing consultancy in Spain, strengthening its Marketing capabilities. In July, it integrated CHINA, one of Spain’s most award-winning creative agencies, marking a significant step forward in creativity. Finally, in September, it completed the acquisition of BESO in Mexico, a data-driven creative agency that reinforced the company’s leadership in the country. In 2024, LLYC continued its growth with the acquisition of Lambert, demonstrating its commitment to the U.S. market. The acquisition of Dattis positioned LLYC as the leading firm in a key market like Colombia. In Spain, the acquisition of Zeus marked a strategic reinforcement in data visualization and established a presence in Valencia for the first time.
