Our team in Colombia has been recognized in the PAR Ranking by Aequales, reaching 9th place in the category of companies with 1 to 200 employees in the country. This achievement reflects our global and determined commitment to creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments.

The PAR Ranking, compiled by Aequales, is the most important measurement of gender equality and corporate diversity in Latin America. More than 500 organizations from 18 countries participated in the 2025 edition. Compared to our last assessment in 2020, we improved by 37.6 points, exceeding the regional average by 15.5 points.

One of the highlights of our evaluation was the management of diversity objectives, with a score of 90.7%, thanks to clear policies, defined goals, and resources allocated to closing gender gaps.

This progress is in line with our Global DEI Framework 2025-2027, which guides our strategy and ensures consistency in each region where we operate.
