We are one of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain, according to Forbes

Forbes has once again included us among the 100 best companies to work for in Spain. This is the fourth consecutive year that we have been included in the ranking, which is compiled by Sigma Dos based on the opinions of employees from more than 2,000 companies with over 250 employees.

This recognition highlights what we value most: people. The publication analyzes indicators such as equal pay, internal promotion, work-life balance, respect for the right to disconnect, and organizational culture. It also highlights ESG policies and a real commitment to sustainability.

We believe that a strong culture is one that drives professional and personal growth, offers real opportunities, and adapts to the needs of those who are part of the team. That is why we work under six pillars that guide our value proposition: challenges, team, flexibility, diversity, commitment, and growth.

Today, we are 1,300 professionals, 7.87% more than last year, spread across Europe, Latin America, and the US, with 15 nationalities represented. 62.2% of our workforce are women, who occupy 50.2% of management positions. In addition, over the last year we promoted 155 people internally, 63% of whom were women.
