Lawyer by training (law degree from the University of Oviedo), Master in Interdisciplinary European Studies with specialization in EU Governance (College of Europe, Natolin Campus, Warsaw). More than 15 years of experience representing corporate interests in Brussels. Previous positions include more than a decade as Secretary General of the European renewable energy industry association EWABA and as Senior Advisor for Government Affairs at the international law firm Mayer Brown. Previously worked at the European association EBB, the global public affairs consultancy Brunswick Group and the Secretariat General of the European Commission. Extensive experience with EU policy and legislative processes.
