Investor Relations Director
Christina leads the company’s capital markets service offering, advising public companies and private equity firms on investor relations strategy, institutional engagement, and corporate communications. Her role is fundamental in supporting clients through critical milestones such as Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raises, and other high-complexity special situations.
In her day-to-day, she works closely with executive teams and boards of directors to define investment narratives, strengthen market positioning, and enhance ties with the global financial community. Furthermore, she is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive investor relations programs, ranging from quarterly earnings preparation to designing strategic messaging that drives long-term shareholder value.
Experience.
Christina has over a decade of professional experience in the investor relations and strategic communications sectors. Before joining the company, she held leadership roles at global consulting firms and major international corporations, including Teneo, Blue Apron, BNY Mellon, and Thomson Reuters. This career path has allowed her to build a deep and multifaceted understanding of the financial ecosystem, from external advisory to internal management at public companies.
She is recognized for her ability to translate complex financial priorities into clear and compelling narratives for the investment community, having successfully managed situations involving shareholder activism and executive leadership transitions.

Passionate about health, wellness, and constant personal growth, Christina maintains a disciplined training routine that leads her to participate regularly in high-level fitness competitions, such as HYROX. Outside of the athletic arena, she is a voracious reader and an enthusiastic traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures.
