Experience.
Qualified in Systems Engineering by the Peruvian Navy, he was Head of the IT Service of the Navy and partner of an ISP for Internet access for end users in Lima.
Interests.
He enjoys reading, land travel and target shooting, is hopelessly addicted to 80s music and has on his to-do list to take up kendo again.
