Mike leads our U.S. business, overseeing commercial strategy, operations, and growth across our offices and client portfolio. As a specialist in capital markets and corporate positioning, he advises executive teams, boards, and founders on investor relations, reputation, and leadership in moments that shape valuation, credibility, and long term enterprise value. He works closely with companies operating at the intersection of communications, finance, and strategy, particularly those expanding across borders or engaging with U.S. investors and stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE.
Mike has held senior leadership roles across capital markets, investor relations, and corporate communications. He served as Vice President of Commercialization at Amedica and led Investor Relations at Ancestry. He has advised public and private companies across sectors including technology, healthcare, industrials, and consumer, supporting transactions, growth strategies, and complex corporate transitions.
He began his career at Christensen, where he worked in investor relations and financial analysis before moving into corporate communications and strategic advisory. With two decades of experience, Mike brings deep expertise in market positioning, disclosure strategy, executive visibility, and integrated communications for companies operating in dynamic and highly scrutinized environments.
INTERESTS.
Outside of work, Mike is an avid cyclist and enjoys time at the beach whenever possible. He values time with his family and prioritizes being present for the experiences that matter most, whether that means exploring the outdoors together or simply slowing down and reconnecting at home.
