LLYC is hosting its Annual Partners Meeting to review the company’s mid- and long-term business strategy, vision, values, and global challenges. The meeting will also focus on the company’s progress towards its new organizational model, which is centered around two main practice areas: Marketing and Corporate Affairs, which aims to offer integrated and flexible solutions through an efficient organizational structure.
All 35 firm partners attended the meetings in Valencia at the headquarters of Zeus by LLYC. Zeus is a strategic consulting firm specializing in data ingestion, analysis, and visualization, which was acquired this past June. It is the first company LLYC has purchased in Spain outside of Madrid and Barcelona, marking a clear commitment to leveraging technology and innovation to benefit clients.
LLYC launched its partners’ model in 2007, ensuring professional growth and a commitment to fostering top talent. The company aims to continue strengthening this model by welcoming more executives into its ranks, following the growth vision originally conceived by José Antonio Llorente.
“Over these days, we want to send a clear message: we remain dedicated to working closely with our clients to grow together, enhance the value of their businesses, and be a company where all our professionals can continue to develop,” said Alejandro Romero, Partner and Global CEO. “ We are investing in innovation and talent, laying the groundwork to become even stronger.”
