Maria Obispo, new Global Lead Culture & People de LLYC

Maria Obispo is now the Global Lead Culture & People at LLYC, coordinating the employee experience, corporate culture, and talent strategy across all offices. Her job is crucial as the area must respond to the firm’s growth, the new business model, and the reorganization of its offering. She will report to Tiago Vidal, Partner and Global Director of Talent and Technology at LLYC.

At LLYC, Maria has worked on employee engagement projects for clients, improving team engagement and promoting necessary changes in organizations. Now, she will apply her knowledge as Director of Talent Engagement.

Maria has collaborated with every department in her 13-year career at LLYC. She holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Navarra and a PDD from IESE Business School. She perfectly represents LLYC’s commitment to promoting the professional careers of its collaborators.
