LLYC appoints Yennyfer Freyre as the new Managing Director of its Peru operation

LLYC announced the appointment of Yennyfer Freyre as Managing Director of LLYC Peru. With a career spanning nearly 20 years within the company, Freyre takes the leadership of the operation in the country with the goal of boosting innovation, profitability, and high-impact results for clients in an increasingly challenging business environment.

Yennyfer’s return to the Lima office follows her tenure in Mexico City, where she led capacity management in strategic Latin American markets (Mexico, Panama, and the Dominican Republic). This international experience, added to her deep knowledge of the Peruvian market, gives her a fundamental cross-regional perspective for the growth stage projected by the consultancy.

In her new role, Freyre will focus on promoting the ONE LLYC culture, facilitating the integration of Marketing and Corporate Affairs solutions. Likewise, she will lead commercial growth and quality plans, ensuring that the office maintains the global standards of excellence that characterize the company.

Yennyfer Freyre holds a degree in Social Communication from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and an MBA from the same institution. Her training combines analytical business rigor with the communication sensitivity necessary for reputation management.

Throughout her career at LLYC, she has demonstrated constant evolution: from her beginnings in strategic consulting to leading the Crisis and Risk Communication practice (2016-2022), where she became a benchmark for managing complex environments. Subsequently, she held the position of Director of Operations in Peru (2021-2025), optimizing efficiency and service quality before her stint in the regional operation in Mexico.

For her part, Yennyfer Freyre, the new Managing Director of LLYC Peru, stated: “I take on this challenge with the commitment to integrate all my operational and strategic experience to strengthen our presence in the Peruvian market.
