LLYC continues to bolster the Firm’s key areas in the Americas, promoting Andrea Lopez to Senior Talent Director for the Americas Region, and adding Jorge Chapa, who will serve as Talent Director for LLYC’s Northern Region (Mexico, Panama and the Dominican Republic).
Andrea Lopez, who joined LLYC in 2022, will be responsible for leading the company’s talent attraction and retention plan across the Americas, supporting the 10 markets in the region to develop the careers of all employees.

Jorge Chapa’s main duties will be: enhancing career development in the Region and consolidating a diverse, talented and prioritized team at the level of LLYC’s business objectives in the three markets.

Andrea Lopez has worked in the entertainment, mass consumption, services and manufacturing industries. Her expertise lies in restructuring projects, business and talent strategy development, having worked with organizations such as: Warner Media, HBO, Mattel, to name just a few.
The new Senior Talent Director for the Americas Region holds a degree in Psychology from the Konrad Lorenz University Foundation in Bogota, Colombia, and a specialization in Human Talent Management from the Sergio Arboleda University in Bogota, Colombia. She is also a certified Coach to work in Human Development processes.
Jorge Chapa has spent over 18 years in the field of Human Resources, playing leadership roles in international companies in industries such as retail, customer service and technology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from Universidad del Valle de Mexico.
