Bridget Haeg

Healthcare Director

Bridget leads our U.S. Healthcare practice. A licensed attorney specializing in health law and a former healthcare administrator, she brings a rare combination of legal, operational, and communications expertise to the work. Her approach is grounded in real-world healthcare experience and focused on building integrated strategic communications solutions that help organizations grow with clarity and confidence. She is also the co-host of our podcast, Critical Communications: Lessons in Healthcare, where we explore today’s most pressing healthcare issues and the essential role strategic communications plays in helping leaders navigate them, alongside experts from across the industry.

Experience.

With more than 15 years of experience, Bridget connects organizational vision and growth priorities with communications strategies designed to move businesses forward. She brings together clinical objectives, business needs, and stakeholder realities to manage risk, build alignment, and support better decision-making. Before joining our company, Bridget worked in strategic planning and process improvement for large integrated healthcare systems, giving her a deep understanding of both the provider and patient perspective across the care continuum. She understands healthcare delivery from the inside, as well as the legal and structural complexities that shape it. That perspective allows her to serve as a trusted advisor to organizations facing high-stakes decisions in an increasingly complex environment.

Interests.

Outside of work, Bridget is happiest outdoors, whether she’s cross-country skiing, mountain biking, or paddleboarding on one of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes. If it’s outside, she’s in. Indoors, you’ll likely find her reading, brewing the perfect cup of coffee, or practicing yoga.
