Gloria Raines brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience across both the public and private sectors in various industries. She has worked and held leadership roles in notable companies such as Lowe’s Companies, while also being recognized for leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts at Rocket Companies.
As a board member of the state chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, Gloria excels at aligning HR strategies with business goals, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of excellence. She loves collaborating with business partners to drive success and support executive leadership through effective HR partnerships.
