As the Paid Media & Performance Director for LATAM and leader of the Global Programmatic Hub, Katerinne is responsible for designing and implementing the company’s regional paid media strategy. She oversees media buying and negotiation across key markets and leads the global center of excellence in programmatic buying. In this role, she coordinates technological and operational capabilities to optimize advertising investment and ensure measurable business results for the most strategic clients.

EXPERIENCE.

She brings over 20 years of professional experience and a solid specialization in the digital ecosystem, media, and e-commerce. Throughout her career, she has led high-performance regional teams in implementing data-driven marketing strategies for global retail and consumer goods brands. She is an expert in optimizing complex investments and developing advanced measurement models. Katerinne holds a Master’s in International Administration from Politécnico Grancolombiano and a Master’s in Digital Marketing from EUDE Business School.
