Leading the Crisis & Issues management division in Spain, Lidia focuses her efforts on advising domestic and international companies on the strategic management of their reputation and corporate positioning. She specializes in directing crisis communication and litigation projects, with a sharp focus on complex restructuring processes and labor disputes, helping organizations protect their most valuable assets during high-sensitivity periods.

Experience.

She brings 20 years of experience in communication consulting and reputation management. Before joining the company, she worked for 12 years at KREAB and, prior to that, served as a court reporter for Europa Press Catalunya. This journalistic background was key to solidifying her specialization and strategic vision when approaching communication for litigation and complex legal conflicts.

Interests.

On a personal level, music, dance, and literature are her great passions, and she is always seeking inspiration in every artistic expression. She is an avid sports enthusiast, actively plays volleyball, and has a special fondness for following cycling on television. Furthermore, when inspiration strikes, she finds poetry to be her finest form of self-expression.
