Marlene Gaspar

Marlene is in charge of LLYC’s operation in Portugal. She wants to leave a positive impact by providing creative leadership that benefits all areas, not just Engagement. Marlene’s primary goal is to fulfill the business plan and grow the company’s operation in that country.

Experience.

She has over 15 years of experience in advertising agencies, focusing on strategic planning and client management. She joined LLYC six years ago and has led the Deep Digital and Engagement practice areas since then.

Interests.

An early riser, Marlene runs 3 miles daily, meditates, and prepares for the day. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach. Her perfect day would include diving, sunbathing, enjoying a delicious fish dish, and reading. A good laugh is the cherry on top of her day.
