Tiago is a strategic leader at LLYC, heading the global growth and transformation strategy. His main areas of interest include talent attraction and development, global brand development, ESG initiatives, M&A value creation, and the organization’s digital transformation.
Experience.
Prior to this role, he oversaw LLYC operations in Portugal for 8 years. Leading a dedicated team, he implemented impactful reputation management, financial communication, crisis and issues management, and public affairs strategies. These efforts resulted in LLYC becoming one of the top 5 PR firms in the country. Additionally, he was recognized by the SCOPEN study as one of the 5 most important PR professionals in communication agencies.
Earlier in his career at Sonae Sierra, Tiago played a key role in the company’s transformation from a leading Portuguese firm into a multinational presence across 14 countries and 4 continents. His responsibilities in the corporate communications area spanned from managing the company brand, stakeholder management, B2B marketing and communication, and supporting market entry activities, including M&A and initial public offerings.
