Storytelling is used in organizations as a communication methodology to reach out their stakeholders. However, it is necessary to internalize certain premises covering storytelling which are crucial to be able to put it into practice effectively.
Storytelling will allow humanize communication and move us away from cold, distant and massive messages that organizations usually send to their audiences.
In this article we bring to light some key aspects that make it easier and more efficient the implementation of storytelling in companies.
