The Government of Spain, through the Ministry of Justice, intends to pass the bill drafted by an Expert Institutional Committee. The known as “Criminal Procedure Act” would substitute the current Criminal Proceedings Regulation and would mark a historic turning point in the criminal proceedings in Spain due to the changes it would entail. The already complex management of reputation in cases of criminal proceedings would be directly affected by these changes, some of which are closely related to reputation.
This new report highlights some of the main changes that the new regulation includes as well as the impact that these modifications would have on the management of the reputation of the parties involved in a criminal proceeding.
