Luisa García, Partner and Global CEO of Corporate Affairs at LLYC, has received the Mujeres a Seguir 2025 Award in the Advertising–Marketing category , at a gala held at the Auditorio Santander España. She was recognized among the nine professionals awarded this year for her career, impact, and commitment to the future of communication.
The award honors professionals who are redefining communication through their ability to influence, inspire, and spark conversation. In Luisa’s case, the jury particularly valued her role in integrating equality and technology into communication, promoting artificial intelligence–based tools that help detect gender biases and foster a more diverse and inclusive narrative. Her vision combines strategy and purpose at a time when public discourse demands new leadership capable of inspiring trust.
The Mujeres a Seguir Awards, now in their twelfth edition, were created to highlight female talent across different fields. This year, the recognition of Luisa underscores her international leadership as head of LLYC’s global Corporate Affairs practice, which has a presence in Europe, the United States, and Latin America, and her ability to make communication a tool for transformation.
Her name appears on lists such as Spain’s 100 Most Influential Women (Forbes), Yo Dona 500, Forbes 50 Over 50, and LinkedIn Top Voices, consolidating her as one of the most influential executives in strategic communication in Europe and Latin America.
Moreover, she has made gender equality a central pillar of her leadership. She has driven research and campaigns such as Nameless Women (2023), Out of focus (2024), and No Filter (2025), contributing to the visibility of gender biases in media and social networks, sparking social debate that goes beyond the business sphere.
The Mujeres a Seguir recognition highlights not only her role as an industry benchmark but also her conviction that giving visibility to female talent is a lever for real and sustainable transformation in organizations.
