Juan Pablo Manottas appointed HR Business Services Lead for LLYC in the Americas

LLYC, a global Corporate Affairs and Marketing firm, has appointed Juan Pablo Manottas as the HR Business Services Lead for the Americas. In his new role, he will lead the region’s HR Business Services team. 

Manottas will be based in the Bogotá office and report to Tiago Vidal, Partner and Chief Talent and Technology Officer. His main priorities will be aligning with business needs, overseeing talent integration processes in line with the region’s M&A strategy, implementing diversity and inclusion strategies, and managing talent based on corporate values. He aims to foster a culture of collaboration and commitment to the company.

Juan Pablo brings 32 years of experience from companies like Mercedes-Benz and Empresas Públicas de Medellín. At Inchcape, as Human Resources Director & Head of Compliance for America & the Caribbean, he transformed the HR department and implemented regional strategies for diversity and inclusion. He also led performance management, compensation, and benefits systems and ensured regulatory compliance in both multinational and national companies across various sectors.

Juan Pablo Manottas holds a Law degree from Universidad Santo Tomás and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
