LLYC is once again the favorite communication consultancy firm to work for in Spain, according to sector professionals. This is highlighted in the 3rd edition of the BEST AGENCY TO WORK FOR 2022 league table, drawn up by SCOPEN. The Top 5 is completed, in this order, by Apple Tree, Kreab, Tinkle and Atrevia.
The data were obtained after asking 258 professionals from 31 communication consultancy firms for their opinion. 77% of those surveyed are from Madrid and 19% from Barcelona. 67% are women and 33% men. The average age is close to 40. Most are account and division managers at firms.
It can be deduced from the SCOPEN report that salary, the project/challenge and job projection are the key factors that lead professionals to change consultancy firm. When selecting the criteria to choose where they want to work, such tangible aspects as work/life balance (57.6%) and intangible aspects as camaraderie (32.8%) and the firm’s social responsibility (24.9%) predominate. Only 12% said they were predisposed to change company.
