LLYC, among the 100 best companies to work for in Spain, according to Forbes magazine

For the second year running, LLYC is among Forbes magazine top 100 best companies to work for in Spain. 

The annual Forbes ranking is based on the opinions of employees from over 2,000 companies, based on a study conducted by Sigma Dos. The magazine factored in quantitative responses to the following dimensions from the employees surveyed: Work-life balance, Camaraderie, Managers, Employer Branding, Social Benefits, Work Methodologies, CSR, Teleworking, NPS and Engagement. 

LLYC currently has a wide range of profiles: 24 nationalities; 91 creatives and designers; 346 experts in influence and digital marketing; 98 in data engineering and development; and 552 in Engagement, Corporate and Financial Communication, Public Affairs, Crisis and Risk, and Training. Everyone has a role to play in its success, and for LLYC this recognition is a sign that the company is on the right track to continue building a solid, attractive, diverse and inclusive firm, keeping people at the center of the business.

The firm also received other accolades in 2022, including the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certificate for the 12 eligible offices and was voted one of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain, according to Actualidad Económica’s annual ranking.
