The assembly of LLYC Partners resolved to appoint two new partners: Luis Guerricagoitia, Senior Financial Communications Director of the Madrid office, and Diego Olavarria, General Manager of Deep Digital for the Southern Region, based in the São Paulo office, Brazil.
LLYC Partners S.L. comprises the professional partners’ shareholdings in LLYC (Llorente & Cuenca, S.A.), the company listed on BME Growth, in which it holds 54.27% of the share capital.
The announcement was made on the first day of the Partners Meeting held in Madrid by the communications, digital marketing and public affairs consultancy, where they analyzed the evolution of the business this year and the main keys to the Strategic Plan, which is expected to almost double the size of the firm by 2025.

The new partners
Luis Guerricagoitia is the Senior Financial Communications Director. He has extensive experience in providing advice during M&A operations and in capital markets. He has participated in the main transactions completed in Spain in recent years: the IPO of Acciona Energía, the acquisition of Bankia by Caixabank and the delisting tender offer by Siemens Energy for Siemens Gamesa. The Mergermarket platform ranked Luis as the top M&A communication advisor in Spain in 2022 in terms of volume of transactions and also value. Before joining LLYC, he worked in the Communications departments at the CNMV and ING in Spain. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto and a Master’s degree in Escuela UAM – El País.
Diego Olavarria is Managing Director of Deep Digital in the Southern Region (Argentina, Brazil and Chile), based in São Paulo. A graduate in Journalism from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, he worked for six years in television at Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação, one of Brazil’s largest media outlets. Before joining LLYC, he was one of the responsibilities of the digital communication area of the Government of the State of São Paulo and also the State Secretariat of Education. Since then, he successfully created and implemented Communications and Marketing projects for numerous customers, including Amazon Web Services, Hilton, Emirates, Everis, Natura, Light Energia, Sonae Sierra Brasil, Boeing, Demarest, ABB, Eicon and EDP.
With these two new appointments, the company is now represented by a total of 33 partners, 18 of whom are based in Europe and 15 in the Americas.
