The Grande Prémio APCE 2026 recognized Diário da Floresta Web Series as the winner in the External Communication Campaign: Companies category, highlighting a project that demonstrates how authenticity and transparency can reshape the conversation around complex topics.

Developed over eighteen months in partnership with Altri Florestal, Diário da Floresta challenged conventional corporate storytelling by opening the doors to the company’s forest properties and giving a platform to the real voices of landowners and forestry professionals. Through a cinematic web series, technical information was transformed into accessible, human stories that connected sustainable forest management, biodiversity and culture.

The project is a reminder that reputation is built by showing rather than telling. In sectors where public perception is often shaped by complexity, creating opportunities for people to see reality firsthand can be more powerful than any traditional corporate message.

Its impact extended beyond awareness. By integrating the content into a live digital platform, the initiative encouraged meaningful dialogue while delivering measurable business results, generating more than 6,300 sessions and 133 qualified leads.

As Cristina Girão, Marketing Solutions Director, reflects: “This APCE award celebrates the value of genuine collaboration. When creativity and strategic thinking come together, communication does more than strengthen reputation—it creates new opportunities for growth and lasting connections with society.”

Ultimately, Diário da Floresta illustrates a broader shift in brand communication: audiences increasingly value openness, credible voices and real experiences over polished narratives. As organisations navigate increasingly complex reputation challenges, transparency is proving to be one of the most powerful drivers of trust.
