We remain the best communications consultancy to work for in Spain, according to SCOPEN

For the fifth consecutive year, we lead the ranking ‘Best PR Agency to Work For España 2025/26’, compiled by SCOPEN. This recognition once again places us as the most attractive communications and public relations consultancy to work for in the country, according to the opinion of professionals in the sector themselves. This recognition is in addition to those awarded by Forbes and Actualidad Económica / El Mundo, where we were highlighted this year among the 100 best companies to work for in Spain.

The study, which is conducted every two years, analyzes the perceptions of 377 professionals from different communications consultancies. Almost 65% are account or division managers; 83% work in Madrid and 17% in other cities. Most belong to independent consultancies (73%) and are women (71%), with an average age of 39.

The results reflect an accurate snapshot of the priorities of talent in the sector: economic conditions (65.7%), the professional project or challenge (35.6%) and work flexibility (30.1%) are the most decisive factors for changing companies, while work-life balance (61.6%), camaraderie (31.5%) and social responsibility (19.4%) are the most valued aspects when choosing where to work.
