Carmen is the global Director of Compensation & Benefits & People Analytics. Her work involves creating worldwide policies for compensation, benefits, and people analytics. She collaborates with each vertical’s HRBP, HRBS, and CEO to establish local implementation guidelines. Carmen is also responsible for coordinating international mobility processes and digitalizing the Talent department.
Experience.
Carmen has over 11 years of experience in Human Resources, including extensive consulting work. She has specialized in compensation, benefits, and analytics for the last eight years.
Interests.
Carmen has been passionate about skiing since childhood, especially when she visits the mountains with her family and friends. Carmen also loves traveling.
