Technology, the uncertainty of our time and, of course, COVID-19, are pushing through significant changes in values, habits and forms of collective behavior that call for a new model of economic, political and social leadership.

This is the central issue we have sought to address at this UNO 35, through 16 articles and a central interview with Garamendi, President of the CEOE.

This is the central issue we address in our magazine UNO 35, including the participation, through their expert opinions, of Ramón Jáuregui, President of the Euro-America Foundation, senior executives from such sectors as banking, the food sector, energy and consumption, with six young people selected for their leadership in the Future Leaders report, experts in artificial intelligence, activism, marketing and entrepreneurship, drawn up by LLYC, together with Trivu. A diverse vision from nine countries, completed with an interview with Antonio Garamendi, President of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE).

The new features of this edition include a vibrant design presentation and collaboration in its publication with the online paper The Objective. Lastly, we will publish a paper edition, which may be received upon request at [email protected]. In addition, we will hold a webinar, which will take place in January 2021.

We encourage you to enjoy reading this edition of UNO, in its new format, and share the vision of new leadership with us.
