LLYC Announces Gloria Raines as the new U.S. HR Business Services Lead

In her new role, Gloria plays a pivotal role in aligning talent management with business needs. She will oversee talent integration processes in line with the region’s M&A strategy, implement diversity and inclusion strategies, and manage talent according to corporate values. Leading the HR Business Services team, she will prioritize service needs and support decision-making processes, ensuring regional and global alignment. Additionally, she will head the Talent Attraction team in the USA, enhance employer branding, and ensure efficient onboarding and offboarding. Raines will also lead training programs, performance evaluations, salary reviews, and occupational safety, all while promoting a culture of collaboration and commitment.

Raines brings with her over 20 years of Human Resource experience in both the private and public sector across various industries. She has worked with and held leadership positions with notable companies such as Lowe’s Companies, Inc.  while being recognized for leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts at Rocket Companies, Inc.
