LLYC bolsters its Customer Experience expertise with the addition of Carmen López-Suevos Hernández as Senior Advisor. She will assist the firm’s Deep Digital Business area in mapping out business development and digital transformation strategies for customers, in all their aspects: technology, governance, finance, HR, omnichannel and operations. She brings a track record of over 20 years working on the conversion necessary to successfully implement customer experience and customer-centric projects.

As an expert in business transformation and customer-centric operating models through digital adoption, Carmen has extensive international experience in strategy definition and implementation, business development and digital transformation. At Vodafone she has been Director of Experience and Transformation, where she has led a strategic change in customer focus. In this firm she was also Director of Commercial Operations and Customer, responsible for the opening of operations in Latin America and Head of Global Customer Strategy of the Group in London. She has also worked at R, Yoigo and AMS.
Carmen holds a degree in Physics from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master in Business Administration from the IE Business School. She has also completed the Customer Strategy & Experience Programme at IMD (Lausanne) and IESE. She is a professor of the International Master in Digital Business and Innovation at the IE Business School.
