Commitment to junior talent
In order to tackle the demand for talent required under its ambitious growth plan, it plans to hire more than 500 professionals over the next two years. To achieve that, the consultancy firm has set up the “Challengers Program” to strengthen its commitment to young talent, one of the keys to the DNA of LLYC, which has always backed internal development.
The aim of this project is to revitalize the employee experience and accelerate the careers of professionals that join LLYC, those in the categories of Young Talent, Junior Consultants and Consultants. This new plan not only responds to a strategic reflection by the firm, but is also the result of gathering suggestions at various meetings with a broad spectrum of representatives from these categories over recent months. The program is gradually being introduced over the course of 2022.
