The Peruvian economy is the sixth largest economy in Latin America. If the IMF forecasts about the good performance of the Peruvian economy are fulfilled, it will be growing to 18,5 % until 2018– compared to the figures for 2015- and Peru will join the group of the largest regional economies, only behind Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Chile.
