Redefining employer branding

We broke away from conventional approaches by focusing on what really matters to tech professionals: the projects, the technologies, and the people behind them. Our comprehensive employer branding strategy puts talent and technology at the heart of INDRA’s communications. Here’s how we did it:

(1) AI-powered trend analysis – We identified and analyzed prevailing myths about engineers, turning them into the foundation of our narrative.

(2) Multichannel strategies to reach key audiences – We moved beyond traditional spaces, exploring new platforms like podcasts, newsletters, social media campaigns, and partnerships with tech influencers.

(3) Authentic voices – We featured INDRA employees as the faces of the campaign, adding credibility and a human touch.

(4) Maximizing impact – We collaborated with internal and external teams to ensure massive reach, taking INDRA’s message to universities, professional networks, and key digital spaces.

The result? An evergreen communication ecosystem that positioned INDRA not just as a company but as a dream workplace for top engineers. This strategy was built on our strong relationship with INDRA, which began in 2020 with initiatives like the Ambassador and Reverse Mentoring programs and the successful #OrgulloIngeniero campaign.
