Albert Medrán, Global Brand & ESG Lead at LLYC and Managing Director of the José Antonio Llorente Foundation, has been included in the list of Top LGBTI+ Leaders by REDI and Actualidad Económica by El Mundo in the Management and Leadership category, which recognizes senior executives who promote diversity from their position.
In addition, LLYC has been recognized as an Inclusive Company, reinforcing its sustained commitment to building diverse, safe, and authentic work environments.
From his position, Albert has integrated LGBTI+ diversity as a cross-cutting theme in the firm’s global communication and social action strategy.
He has promoted internal campaigns, inclusive policies and the involvement of talent in pro bono projects, while publicly representing these values in institutional settings and forums on innovation, diversity and rights.
This recognition of our company highlights our solid and sustained commitment to building diverse and inclusive environments. The firm has developed pioneering campaigns such as Free the Voices, Rainbot, Transparentes and Puertas de Esperanza, which address LGBTI+ representation through technology, art, purposeful communication and social transformation.
