This program is not just training: it is a transformative experience that connects with our values and culture. We know that true progress comes from facing challenges with courage, and at Emerging Leaders we offer our leaders the tools they need to make the best decisions.
Who is it for?
Emerging Leaders is designed for our best talent in mid-level positions, a representative sample of our diversity in terms of gender, geography, practice areas, etc.
It is a program aimed only at the best professionals with outstanding performance, strategic vision and clear leadership potential.
In the 2024 edition, 40 employees were selected to participate in this exclusive program. And in the 2025 edition, we have 28 more professionals.
What does it consist of?
- First-class training with ESADE, one of the best business schools in the world
- Over several months, employees go through two modules, working on everything from soft skills such as emotional intelligence, negotiation and persuasion to hard skills such as operational excellence and LLYC’s financial model. This is done with the help of expert teachers and content designed specifically for the program.
- A space to innovate and grow
- Other skills that are worked on include creativity and innovation, which are addressed across the program.
- The most effective way to demonstrate this is through the presentation of group projects developed on real business challenges at the end of the program.
- This is an excellent opportunity to give visibility to participants and allow them to put what they have learned into practice.
- Global talent network
- Another of the objectives pursued by Emerging Leaders is to create an internal network of key people for the organization, who know each other, as well as giving them the opportunity to get closer to LLYC’s partners and management team. In this regard, there is a face-to-face week, where all Emerging Leaders travel to Madrid, where our headquarters are located, attend classes at the school, and have the opportunity to forge their network with their peers and leaders.
