JORGE CHAPA

Jorge is the Talent Director for Latam North, which includes Colombia, Mexico, Panama, and the Dominican Republic. He provides support to both business verticals as well as all talent functions. He provides talent services to regional users and strategic support to internal clients running businesses in local markets.

Experience.

Jorge has over 20 years of experience in human resources in diverse industries, including mining, services, technology, and automotive. He is an expert in process implementation with ISO model certification. He is also an executive coach certified by Universidad Panamericana and a developer of new businesses and business models by Entrepreneur.

Interests.

Jorge’s passions include literature (reading and writing), touring and road motorcycling (he was part of a motorcycle club for four years), and cinema. He spends most of his time with his family (parents, siblings, wife, goddaughter, and cats), and when he has the opportunity, he loves building highly complex Legos.
